Our attorneys try cases with dollar values in dispute of a few hundred thousand to multi-millions. We have direct experience in many federal and state courts and federal, state and local government boards and administrative agencies. Our attorneys are also skilled in mediation and arbitration. We are extensively involved in national and international arbitration and mediation panels.

Our firm has developed substantial specialty practices within the construction industry. A number of our clients are heavy construction contractors, building roads, bridges and other public and private site development and infrastructure. Another significant part of our practice has been with manufacturers and installers of large specialty equipment for automotive plants, pulp and paper mills and power plants.

Most of the firm's clients initially contacted us because of litigation, but they have continued to retain us for preventive advice and assistance with project management.
